LLAMA...AGAIN

just ask the team the llama joke...it's really dumb

This afternoon we had the opportunity to go serve at one of InnVision's locations again, this time being an actual shelter that housed around 72 people, all of them dealing with some type of mental illness (they must be signed off to be there by either a doctor or judge). We loved it and I truly wish we could have spent more time there this week. If trips to here continue, I hope that this is a relationship that will continue to grow!

This evening, we had a picnic with our entire Lake Pointe team, the South Bay staff and South Bay volunteers! Great time of fellowship. Afterwards, I took our team to downtown San Jose to an amazing upscale outdoor mall area where I bought everyone some great Pinkberry!

We ended tonight at the top of our parking garage just talking about this week and what God has been doing here both in this community and within our hearts. After about 45 minutes, we spent just a few moments worshipping together, with my ipod playing from the van. Half way through the second song, we all here talking and welp, it was our lady from the front desk...and I quote "I am a believer too but the people next door at the apartments are calling and complaining"...ha. It was all good though, just a great night sharing and worshipping together.

Oh, if you didn't know, Sarah got stitches today, just about an inch gash, but it was deep enough to go. She is fine and dandy!

We head to SAN FRANCISCO TOMORROW around 10 and we will be there all day, I'll post pictures a few times throughout the day...now I shall upload some from my phone.
